Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, out of an abundance of caution for our patients, London Home Respiratory will be keeping in-home visits to a safe minimum. 24-hour on-call service for oxygen emergencies remains in effect. LHR staff will perform assessments and equipment checks when required, and will utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (mask, gloves and goggles) while doing so.

Oxygen cylinder deliveries will continue as necessary. During this period, where possible, clients are encouraged to place their empty cylinders on their porch or entrance and LHR will leave full cylinders in their place.

LHR will maintain its diligence in ensuring all equipment provided to and returned by clients is thoroughly disinfected to protect the wellbeing of our clients and staff.

Our office remains open, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. – Monday through Friday, for CPAP customers who are in need of replacement equipment, provided they are not displaying symptoms or have been in contact with someone who is.
